Standard Shipping & Handling Charges:

We offer USPS shipping across the U.S.  All deliveries shipped by USPS require a signature upon delivery. All orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 7 business days after we receive your order, unless items are out of stock or made to order. Each piece is carefully handmade, ensuring both quality and beauty of the piece. Therefore, items that are not on hand at the time of the order or are made to order will ship approximately 14 days after the receipt of your order. We will notify you if your requested item is out of stock and you will receive confirmation of the shipment when the order is sent. To expedite your order please contact us directly *We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. 1.917.297.0378

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or to international locations, please contact info@randyluna.com for any interest in international shipping and rates; customs and duties are applicable towards purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy. You can return or exchange it in the exact condition that it was shipped.  The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost and a 5% return/restocking fee will be applied. Please return your item with original packaging. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Personalized pieces and sales items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement cost difference plus shipping.

REPAIR POLICY

If you need one of our pieces repaired please contact us for further assistance. There may be a minimum charge for repairs so please call us beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Indicate your reason for the return, and package your purchase safely and securely with insurance for protection. All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and will be returned to you promptly

CANCELLATION

We allow 24 hours for an order to be canceled to ensure a full refund. To cancel an order please email info@randyluna.com.  Since our pieces are made for order once production begins they cannot be canceled.
